Minimum is focused on organic, vegan wines, natural growing principles and true sustainability from vineyard to (and inclusive of) the bottle. Sample the 2018 Sangiovese Syrah, 2018 Chardonnay, and the 2019 Sangiovese Rosato whilst enjoying some of Melbourne’s best musical talent.

Matt and Alister will be on-hand to discuss the Minimum story, all things organic farming and winemaking, and how they make wines with the minimum ecological footprint.

Minimum is not just about good wine, it’s about good practice. And it’s about enjoying the good life, but not at the expense of the environment. Get rid of all your stuff. Write something you always wanted to write. Paint something you’ve always wanted to paint. Swim in a lake. Find your Minimum.
