For a second year, Friends & Associates is back in Melbourne with A.G.M. to present Australia’s ultimate design showcase. Running over 3 days, A.G.M. Expo ’19 will present designers of various disciplines working within the fields of furniture, lighting and accessories.

A.G.M. Expo ’19 will again present select works from the highly lauded LOCAL MILAN exhibition in Australia for the first time.

A.G.M. returns this year as A.G.M. Expo ’19 with more collaborations, even more work and an even bigger party. This year we’ve partnered with Saturday InDesign, so the event will be open for extended hours on Saturday, June 22nd.

A.G.M. is free to attend and open to the public, located within the historic Melbourne Meat Market, The Stables building designed by George R Johnson in 1880.

Friends & Associates focuses on camaraderie in the Australian contemporary design discipline. Created by Dale Hardiman and Tom Skeehan in 2017, Friends & Associates members are those interested in furthering collaborative practice, partnerships and progression in Australian design. Friends & Associates has produced exhibitions 26 Original Fakes, A.G.M. 2018 and Welcome to Wasteland.
