The Supernormal Natsu pop-up is back for a 13 day takeover of Supernormal Canteen in St Kilda this summer. Natsu, which means summer in Japanese, will have a completely vegetarian menu that will celebrate local organic growers. They'll be foraging for native ingredients and wild seaweed as well as making their own silken tofu in-house daily.
