On Sunday 16th of September it's Sustainable House Day, where residents from around Australia open up their doors, showcasing the very best in sustainable design. Everyone is welcome to submit an application for their house (all houses must have a minimum of four sustainable features) to be included in the day. Aiming to educate and inspire sustainable living, the day promotes the exchange of knowledge and celebrates community.
