Following on from the first sold out workshop, Property Collectives are running a second workshop where participants will get a crash course in community-led housing, working with potential future neighbours to make collective decisions about their own development.

With a focus on inter-generational living and ageing in place, participants will negotiate a hypothetical budget and brief for a small-scale community of around 8-10 homes. This event aims to give participants a practical introduction to the benefits and challenges of citizen-led development.
