The No Waste Cook Club is a two-part workshop hosted by Open Table (and supported by the City of Melbourne) every month to help you reduce food waste at home. You'll cook a delicious, vegetarian lunch together and learn to save money, get creative with veggies, be more adaptable in the kitchen and learn about the wonders of compost. What a treat!
You are invited to register (you can do that HERE) for both the Carlton and Fitzroy workshops, as they each have different focuses, and you will gain valuable skills from each.
The first workshop is always held at the Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre on the 4th Saturday of the month, and the 2nd workshop is held the following week, the 1st Saturday of the month, at the Fitzroy Community Food Centre.
